Treaties are good; they help countries work together. Sanctions are bad; they have no trade or trading restrictions.

Sanctions are restrictions on trade with certain countries and treaties are agreements to trade wuith other countries. The impact is getting goods your country can't produce and not getting goods your country can't produce.
